General Terms and Conditions - Hair Extensions by Char BV

These terms and conditions apply to all treatments, agreements and agreements with Hair Extensions by Char BV

1. Appointments & cancellation

1.1 Appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.
1.2 In the event of cancellation within 48 hours or at no-show, € 75 per reserved hour will be charged.

2. Payment

2.1 Payment is made by pin immediately after the treatment. Cash payments are not accepted.
2.2 When taking out a subscription, a deposit in the salon applies, then payment by direct debit.

3. Paying in installments - Hair Extensions by Char Subscription

3.1 Hair Extensions by Char offers customers the possibility to take out an interest -free subscription to pay the treatment in installments:

• Keratine Wax Subscription: Including the use of the extensions, one service appointment and the professional removal of the extensions.

• Invisible Weaves Subscription: Including the use of the extensions, placing four times up and the professional removal of the extensions.

3.2 The subscription is entered into when placing a new set of extensions. The customer pays the first term directly in the salon and authorizes Hair Extensions by Char for the direct debit of the remaining installments.

3.3 Obligations With the subscription to take out the subscription, the Customer is obliged to take a valid proof of identity and a mobile phone with BankApp with you to make the first payment in the salon.

The customer undertakes to pay the agreed payments in a timely manner in accordance with the chosen scheme.

Automatic collection:
The remaining installments are automatically collected from the account number specified by the customer. The direct debit takes place between the 1st and 4th day of each month. The customer is responsible for sufficient balance in the account at the time of the collection.

Failed collections:
If a collection cannot be carried out (for example due to insufficient balance), Hair Extensions by Char contacts the customer for an alternative payment method.

Non-paying and collection costs:
If, despite memories, the customer fails to pay, Hair Extensions by Char is entitled to engage an external collection agency (Juristu). All additional costs, such as collection costs, interest and any legal costs, are fully for the account of the customer.

3.4 Permission and confirmation with the subscription
by signing the authorization form in the salon, the customer explains:

• The accuracy of the information provided;

• Accept the chosen payment arrangement;

• Give permission for direct debit;

• Accept the general terms and conditions of Hair Extensions by Char;

• Having taken note of the care advice of Hair Extensions by Char.

3.5 Changes and termination:
Any changes to bank details or other relevant information must be passed on by the customer to Hair Extensions by Char. A authorization once issued cannot be terminated in the meantime once the payment arrangement has started.

3.6 Appointments with payment arrears

Appointments that are part of a subscription (such as upstairs place agreements or the professional removal of the extensions) are only scheduled and implemented if the customer has no payment arrears. Hair Extensions by Char reserves the right to cancel or move planned agreements when there is a payment arrears.

4. Care and personal responsibility

4.1 The Customer is obliged to follow the care advice of Hair Extensions by Char, fully found at: https://hairextensionbychar.nl/verzorgingsadvies-garantiebeleid/ .

4.2 Important guidelines:

• Only use mild, natural products without silicone, sulfates or parabens (preferably n \ o Creative Haircare).

• Never paint or decolour extensions.

• Use hair oil only in the points, not with the attachments.

• Avoid sunburn and self -tanner on extensions due to stains.

• Brush the hair daily with a special extension brush, work from bottom to top.

• Always use a heat protector, a maximum of 180 degrees.

• With Invisible Weaves it is necessary to have it installed every 7 weeks for wearing comfort and quality preservation.

• Removal must always be done by a Hair Extensions professional by Char.

4.3 Hair Extensions by Char is not liable for damage when not following these guidelines.

5. Liability

5.1 Hair Extensions by Char is not liable for:

• Discoloration due to external influences or products;

• Damage by third parties or removing extensions yourself;

• Hormonal influences, medication, stress, pregnancy or allergies;

• Damage due to not following care advice.

5.2 Liability is limited to direct damage and a maximum of the amount of the treatment.

6. Complaints

6.1 Complaints must be reported within 3 days.
6.2 Reports after this period or refusal to a service appointment, any liability expires.
6.3 A complaint does not suspend the payment obligation.

7. Reviews

7.1 Only real customers can post a review.
7.2 NEPREVIEWs are reported and deleted.

8. Intellectual property

8.1 It is not permitted to copy or use our texts, photos, advice or concepts without written permission.

9. Privacy and AVG

9.1 When entering into an appointment, you give permission to process your personal data for the services.

10. Applicable law

10.1 Dutch law applies to all agreements.
10.2 Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of our location.
