If you choose Hair Extensions by Char - Extensions, then you choose quality, safety and the best service. 

The Hair Extensions treatment is an investment in yourself. We therefore offer you in addition to the option to pay the full amount in 1x the salon, or to pay it in 8 installments. You then close the Hair Extensions by Char subscription . The first term you pay in the salon, the next term (s) you pay by direct debit at the start of the following month (s). Automatic collection takes place between the 1st and 4th day of the month.

Take your mobile phone with your bank app and a valid proof of identity with you, which you need to pay and/or to take out the subscription. 

Defense
Hair Extensions by Char works with deposits for having the Keratin Wax Extensions of Invisible Weaves.
Unfortunately we have experienced several no-shows in the past, this means for us holes of +/- 3 hours in the agenda, which can no longer be filled in last minute.

The amount of down payment is set at: € 75 and must be paid immediately after making the booking (no later than 24 hours after the booking is placed).
Our booking software: Aimy sends a payment link for this via WhatsApp.
The amount amount is of course settled and deducted from the final total amount. In the salon you pay the remaining amount or the first term payment when paying in installments per pin by means of a QR code.

appointment
of your appointment is possible up to 48 hours in advance without a valid reason. If the appointment is within 48 hours, send us a WhatsApp message with the reason for the cancellation, this is only possible for a valid reason. Upon approval of the specified reason, your deposit will be refunded by us via Aimy.

Please also note that we are only open by appointment. So we are not available every day from 9am to 5pm. We cannot easily change our planning at the last minute and due to the length of the appointments, there are large gaps in our planning in the event of cancellations.
