We use Klaviyo to send newsletters and marketing campaigns. Klaviyo handles your data with care and uses it exclusively to send our communications. We use Trengo for our customer service and communication with customers. Trengo ensures that your messages are stored securely and are not used for other purposes. This service helps us to communicate efficiently and offer a high quality of service.

We use Office365 for our regular business email traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your data. Office365 has no access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

For quality and training purposes, we record telephone conversations from our customer service via the services of Rinkel. Your calls are securely stored and Rinkel is bound to secrecy.

When using our social media pages, you use these functions at your own risk. Alternative information is available on our website. When visiting our pages, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok record your IP address and cookies. This information is used to provide statistics about the use of the pages.
