Exercise + hair extensions a bad combo?

Absolutely not! Trying to maintain a balanced lifestyle can be difficult – work, a relationship, a social life, kids, keeping up with the house and finding a way to stay fit. We sometimes wonder “how can I do all this and still look good?” Hair extensions by Char does not have the answers to everything, but on point while keeping your balls high is something Hair extensions by Char can certainly help you with!

Now we hear you thinking, “but hair extensions and sports don't go well together, do they?”… yes, provided you take good care of them! Hair extensions at Char puts the best tips together for you.

Quality is  key!

Saving on quality is not wise when choosing hair extensions, the quality of the hair and how it is set is really very important. Extensions made of synthetic hair cannot withstand washing/sweat and do not look natural due to the shine they have.

100% human hair fits much better with your natural hair and, unlike synthetic hair extensions, can withstand (almost) anything. Hair extensions by Char uses 100% human double-weave Remy hair (the hair cuticles are intact and point in the same direction) from Russia. There is simply no better quality.

Work your "bun":

It is important that you know how to style/wear your hair when you exercise. You don't have to spend so much time getting ready for exercise, just save your energy for the workout itself!

Whichever updo you choose, make sure that the extensions come into contact with sweat as little as possible. Go for a basic ponytail, a mid-high bun or braid – but make sure it's not too tight. Combine the look with a headband, it also looks nice and keeps your hair out of your face and neck.

Wash it off…:

If you've just worked up a sweat, you go ! Then make sure you wash your hair immediately. We understand very well that this is not always convenient for sports enthusiasts who are in the gym early in the morning, in which case you can apply some serum to the ends and wear the hair tight for the rest of the day. It is advisable to wash your hair in the evening. When washing in the evening, it is important that you never go to sleep with damp hair, always blow-dry it completely and wear your hair in a loose braid while sleeping.

Finally, we cannot stress it enough that you should make time in your busy schedule for your hair and make sure it is washed thoroughly. (at least 2-3 times a week, preferably not daily, that is also not good for your own hair).

So, for all the sporty ones among us, you can definitely workout and have great hair at the same time So, no excuses left!
