Prices Keratin Wax Hair Extensions

If you choose Hair Extensions by Char – extensions, you choose quality and safety.

The hair extensions treatment is an investment in yourself. In addition to the option to pay the full amount in one go at the salon, we therefore offer you the option to pay in 2 or 3 installments. You pay the first installment in the salon, then the remaining installments monthly by direct debit. These are implemented in weekly batches, so the next period is always scheduled approximately 1 month later.

Take your debit card and a valid ID with you, you will need these to use this scheme. You sign a form in the salon and we take a photo of your ID and debit card.

The prices below include washing, blow-drying, inserting, trimming, styling. Removal is not included in the price, the rates for this can be found further on this page.

Service appointment
During the wearing time, we offer you a free visit once to replace loose tufts (save and take with you), including washing, blow-drying, trimming and styling. An additional service appointment costs €50.

Please note: if you no longer have the loose tufts, you pay €4.90 (length 35-40cm) / €5.75 (length 55-60cm) per new tuft.

Removal costs
Removal* and installation of new Hair Extensions by Char — Keratin wax hair extensions. — €0.75 per tuft.
Removal only* — €0.90 per section.

Removal includes combing, washing, blow-drying, cutting ends and styling.

Down payment
Hair Extensions by Char works with down payments for the keratin wax hair extension treatments.
Unfortunately, we have experienced several no-shows in the past, which for us means gaps of +/- 3 hours in the agenda, which can no longer be filled at the last minute.

The amount of the deposit is set at: €50 and must be paid immediately after making the booking. (no later than 24 hours after placing the booking).
We will send you a payment link for this via our WhatsApp business account. The down payment amount will of course be settled and deducted from the final total amount. In the salon you pay the remainder or the first installment if you pay in installments by PIN.

Cancellation policy
Canceling your appointment is possible digitally in our booking system FRESHA up to 48 hours in advance without a valid reason. If the appointment is within 48 hours, send us a Whatsapp message with the reason for the cancellation. This is only possible with a valid reason. If the reason given is approved, we ask you to send us a payment request (Tikkie).

Please also note that we are only open by appointment. So we are not available every day from 9am to 5pm. We cannot easily change our planning at the last minute and due to the length of the appointments, there are large gaps in our planning in the event of cancellations.
