Almost all hair types are suitable. At Hair extensions by Char we work with keratin wax hair extensions from our own brand, the hair extensions are 100% human hair from Eastern Europe. No, our method and deployment technique is the safest on the market. When the keratin wax hair extensions are used and removed correctly and professionally, they are not harmful to your hair. The attachments of the hair extensions are heated with special mounting tongs to a temperature of a maximum of 140 degrees. By choosing us, you choose the safest method.  

It is important that you take good care of the hair extensions during the wearing time (maximum 3-4 months). 

PLEASE NOTE: We heat and roll up the wax bonds small and delicately, unlike other providers who fold and flatten them with pliers. This causes cut edges and breaks off your own hair.

Unfortunately not. Consultations and the installation of hair extensions is only possible by appointment. Due to scheduling, same-day appointments usually are not available The treatment takes about 2.5 hours (shorter or longer, depending on the number of extensions that are being placed). In most cases, we can apply hair extensions. For thin hair, we take special care to ensure they are discreetly placed and are not visible. Occasionally, if your natural hair is too thin, achieving an optimal result may not be possible. At Hair Extensions by Char, our hairstylists always provide sincere and honest advice. If you have any concerns, please send us a photo so we can assess and discuss the best options with you. 

The keratin wax hair extensions we use are the best on the market, from Eastern Europe and 100% human hair. With this hair you can do (almost) everything you do with your own hair, curl/straighten/dye. We recommend that you determine the colour in the salon together with the hairstylist. If you dye your own hair, we recommend doing it prior to the appointment. There must be at least 1.5 weeks between the last dye job and the treatment with us. It is easy to keep track of outgrowth after placing the extensions. Dyeing is allowed in the same colour or darker, but discolouration is at your own risk.

Yes, that's possible, provided your hair reaches at least over your ears. We use 15 cm as the minimum length. It is also important that there are no shorter layers in your hair. The top layers of the hair should "hide" the wax bonds. If you have any doubts, please send us a photo of your hair in daylight, we will be happy to advise you.

Yes, that's possible. Keratin wax is not harmful to you or your growing baby. Keep in mind that your hormones during pregnancy can influence your hair and therefore the wearing time of the hair extensions. It can cause you to have more hair loss, or to retain more hair, causing you to have more hair loss after pregnancy.
